Opal Spa is located in the heart of Coquitlam in the beautiful setting of Westwood Plateau Village. As you relax with a glass of our comforting tea, or cucumber infused water, you will be mesmerized by the breathtaking view of Mount Baker. We are known for our friendly outgoing staff, esthetically pleasing and soothing atmosphere, and more particularly for our qualified and certified professional estheticians, therapists and laser technicians. All spa services are administered by
HEALTH licensed professionals, who provide beneficial treatments using the highest quality of skin care products designed to cater to each guest’s specific needs and total body wellness.
WHEN TO ARRIVE• Your health is of the highest importance to us at Opal Spa! Please inform us of relevant health conditions at the time of booking so our team my prepare your particular experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs.
• Upon checking-in, please complete our guest consultation form to help our team make the best possible therapeutic decision and recommendations.

To make the most of your Opal Spa treatment and experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior your scheduled appointment. This will ensure that your appointment starts on time. Arriving late may deprive you of enjoying the full length of your spa service and experience.

WHAT TO WEAR
For the best possible spa experience, please wear comfortable clothing to change into after your service. For your pedicure please bring open-toed shoes to wear after your

service. We recommend you leave any valuable jewellery or personal belongings safe at home. For your enjoyment and the rest of our valued guests we ask that all electronic devices be turned off when present in the spa. We will not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

SANITATION
All of our implements, linens and towels are sanitized prior to each service. We uphold the highest regard and standards to sanitation and cleanliness throughout the entire spa and for every service. We will only employ highly qualified and certified service staff and will comply fully to Health Canada Standards and regulations.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities may be offered at your discretion for outstanding customer service and offering one of the best spa experiences in Coquitlam. A customary gratuity of 15 – 20% of the total amount of your bill is the usual recommended amount.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

 Gift certificates are available for specific treatments, spa packages (to be completed in one visit) or for any denomination. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. We can mail gift certificates to the recipient at no extra charge within five business days. Please call one of our friendly Spa Coordinators to make arrangements.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept Cash, Debit card, Visa, and Master Card. Prices are subject to change without notice. All session, treatment or service times include consultation and/or assessment procedures.

CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully request that 24-hour notice is provided when canceling your appointment. For bookings of services exceeding three hours, we require a credit card deposit.
